The team have worked so hard over the very soggy spring to get the new patio area up and functioning. The paved area makes a teriffic level terrace, with a sloping access replacing the stairs, making a perfect place for soaking up the summer vibes, with a pint or cocktail or two.
To launch the new space, ‘What the Funk’ entertained with great music on the 1st May. The Aunt Sally ‘throw’ has also been restored to the rear of the pub in time for the new season.
Mindful of its central village location, the pub has established an Outdoor Space Policy to ensure it continues to be a popular and considerate venue for both neighbours and visitors alike.
